GRANTT Lubricants marked another key milestone with the introduction of two new products, GRANTT ATF DCT and GRANTT Nova Blue at the GATE 2025 event held recently at the Kuala Lumpur City Centre Convention Centre.

The launch was officiated by Dato’ Mustamir Mohamad, Managing Director of UMW Division, who highlighted the company’s focus on meeting changing demands of the automotive market.

“The automotive sector is evolving quickly and we’re focused on delivering products that meet today’s technical and regulatory demands. These new additions reflect our commitment to performance, reliability and readiness for what’s next.” he shared during the ceremony.

This fully synthetic automatic transmission fluid is engineered for modern Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) systems, including hybrid vehicles. It enhances gear-shift performance, minimises wear and tear and maintains fluid stability under high temperatures.

GRANTT Nova Blue is a high-purity Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) formulated for Selective Catalytic Reduction (CSR) systems. Compliant with ISO 22241 standards, it helps reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions and supports vehicle owners in meeting Malaysia’s updated vehicle emission standards.

The launch comes at a time when Malaysia and the wider ASEAN region are updating environmental regulations to align with international benchmarks, including Euro 5 and Euro 6 standards, alongside rapid growth in hybrid and fuel-efficient transmission systems. These shifts are driving demand for advanced lubricants and emission control solutions that support both regulatory compliance and optimal vehicle performance.
