Grantt Lubricants Touch ‘N Go eWallet Rewards Campaign

• Campaign Period

1. The Grantt Lubricants Touch ‘N Go eWallet Rewards Campaign (“Campaign”) is valid from 1st August 2026 until 16th September 2026.
2. Any purchases made outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible.

• Eligibility

1. The Campaign is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above.
2. Employees of Grantt Lubricants, participating workshops, distributors, dealers, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Participants must possess a valid Touch ‘N Go eWallet account registered under their own name.

*Grantt Lubricants reserves the right to amend the list of participating workshops without prior notice.

• Eligible Products & Rewards
• Participants who purchase the following eligible products during the Campaign Period are entitled to receive the corresponding Touch ‘N Go eWallet credit:

• How to Participate

1. Purchase any eligible Grantt Lubricants product from a participating workshop during the Campaign Period.
2. Scan the official Campaign QR code.
3. Complete the online registration form with accurate information.
4. Upload a clear copy/photo of:
   1. Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
   2. The proof of purchase must clearly show the purchase date, participating workshop name, product purchased, and receipt/invoice number.
5. Submit the registration within the Campaign Period.
6. Verification & Reward Fulfilment
   1. All submissions are subject to verification by Grantt Lubricants.
   2. Participants must ensure all information and supporting documents provided are accurate and genuine.
   3. Successful participants will receive the Touch ‘N Go eWallet credit within seven (7) working days after successful verification.
   4. Incomplete, illegible, duplicated, altered, fraudulent, or suspicious submissions will be disqualified.
   5. Processing time for reward fulfilment may vary depending on verification requirements.
   6. Grantt Lubricants shall not be liable for any failure, interruption, error, omission, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, system malfunction, or any technical or network problems which may affect participation in the Campaign or the processing of submissions and rewards.

• Reward Conditions

1. Each valid purchase receipt is eligible for one (1) reward redemption only.
2. Multiple submissions using the same receipt are not permitted.
3. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
4. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks/budget allocations last.

• Participant Responsibilities

1. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their Touch ‘N Go eWallet account is active and able to receive credits.
2. Grantt Lubricants will not be responsible for failed credit transfers arising from incorrect information provided by participants.

• Rights of the Organiser

1. Grantt Lubricants reserves the right to reject any submission that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Grantt Lubricants may amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
3. Grantt Lubricants decisions regarding eligibility, verification, and reward distribution shall be final and binding.
4. Grantt Lubricants reserves the right to reject any receipt that has been previously submitted, whether by the same participant or a different participant.

• Personal Data

1. By participating, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Campaign.
2. Personal information may be used for verification, reward fulfilment, and campaign-related communication in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• General

1. Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Grantt Lubricants shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
3. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Important Notes:

1. Promotion valid from 1st August 2026 to 16th September 2026.
2. Rewards are subject to successful verification and while stocks/campaign allocation lasts.
3. Participants must retain the original receipt/invoice for verification purposes and produce it upon request by Grantt Lubricants. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
